Abstract
Una computadora que incluye un procesador y una memoria que almacena instrucciones ejecutables por un procesador. El procesador puede programarse para: generar múltiples imágenes de parches de transformada (PTPI, por sus siglas en inglés) mediante la aplicación de un operador matemático de transformada a múltiples imágenes de parches de perspectiva del mapa (PMPPI, por sus siglas en inglés) recibidas de al menos un escáner láser del vehículo; combinar al menos algunas de las PTPI para formar una sola imagen de parche; y construir una imagen de parche del mapa mediante el uso de la imagen de parche individual.
