Abstract
Los principios y las formas de realización de la presente invención se refieren, en general, a un aparato, un sistema y métodos para recubrir y calcinar un sustrato catalítico en línea, disminuyendo el tiempo de procesamiento para preparar un sustrato recubierto con material catalítico. Por ejemplo, la descripción describe un sistema de recubrimiento multiestación que comprende una estación de peso bruto, en donde se mide el peso inicial de un sustrato, una primera estación de recubrimiento de sustrato catalizador, en donde un primer recubrimiento húmedo que comprende un primer recubrimiento catalítico y un primer líquido portador se introducen en las celdas longitudinales del sustrato, una primera estación de peso húmedo, en donde se mide un peso húmedo del sustrato, un primer módulo calcinador en línea, en donde un fluido de calentamiento se introduce en el sustrato para calcinar el recubrimiento catalítico; y una primera estación de peso calcinado, en donde se mide el peso calcinado del sustrato.
