Abstract
Se describe una válvula para controlar el flujo de fluido. La válvula comprende el alojamiento de válvula (3) y el medio de control de fluido (2) para controlar el flujo de fluido a través del alojamiento de válvula (3), en donde el medio de control de fluido (2) está dispuesto dentro del alojamiento de válvula (3). La válvula comprende también el medio de árbol (4) que comprende un conjunto de superficies de fricción del árbol (5, 6), en donde el conjunto de superficies de fricción del árbol (5, 6) incluye una primera superficie de fricción del árbol (5) y una segunda superficie de fricción del árbol (6) dispuestas en un ángulo de la superficie de fricción del árbol mutuo (SA). El ángulo de la superficie de fricción del árbol (SA) es un ángulo interior entre la primera superficie de fricción del árbol (5) y la segunda superficie de fricción del árbol (6) y el medio de control del fluido (2) está dispuesto para ser desplazado a lo largo del eje de rotación (7) del medio de árbol (4) de acuerdo con una rotación del medio de árbol (4). La válvula comprende además el medio de collar (8) que incluye un conjunto de superficies de fricción del collar (9, 10), en donde el conjunto de superficies de fricción del collar (9, 10) comprende una primera superficie de fricción del collar (9) y una segunda superficie de fricción del collar (10) dispuestas en un ángulo de la superficie de fricción del collar mutuo (CA). El ángulo de la superficie de fricción del collar (CA) es un ángulo interior entre la primera superficie de fricción del collar (9) y la segunda superficie de fricción del collar (10) y el conjunto de superficies de fricción del collar (9, 10) está dispuesto para acoplarse con el conjunto de superficies de fricción del árbol (5, 6) y en donde el ángulo de la superficie de fricción del árbol (SA) y el ángulo de la superficie de fricción del collar (CA) están comprendidos entre 110° y 175°, preferentemente entre 120° y 170°.
