Abstract

Se forman geométricamente etiquetas de sistema microelectromecánico ("MEMS") de radiofrecuencia usando estructuras protectoras. Las etiquetas de MEMS se pueden agregar al cemento de pozo y bombearse hacia el fondo del pozo. Además de proteger las etiquetas de MEMS del entorno de fondo de pozo riguroso, las estructuras protectoras producen una forma más redondeada que, a su vez, aumenta la eficacia de flujo de las etiquetas de MEMS.
