Abstract

Se proporcionan dispositivos de soporte lumbar, que son ajustables y modulares, que pueden usarse para proporcionar soporte lumbar y/o de vientre para mamíferos que tienen peso en el vientre. Según ejemplos de realización no limitativas, los dispositivos de soporte o tirante proporcionados en la presente memoria pueden ser usados por mujeres embarazadas en varias etapas durante todo el embarazo y/o posparto de la mujer y pueden ajustarse para contornear/amoldarse naturalmente a la anatomía de la mujer, que cambia durante todo el embarazo. También se proporcionan en la presente memoria métodos de prevención y/o reducción de dolor de espalda en un mamífero que incluye la aplicación del soporte lumbar en un mamífero como se orienta. Se proporcionan adicionalmente estuches que incluyen por lo menos un dispositivo de soporte lumbar proporcionando en la presente memoria, en donde se puede incluir opcionalmente instrucciones para la aplicación adecuada y/o ajuste del dispositivo de soporte lumbar.
