Abstract

The invention relates to a food centrifuge of the type that comprises a handle, a permeable recipient and a container, characterised in that the handle is designed so as to pass through the entire permeable recipient and to be coupled thereto such that when the handle rotates, so does the recipient on a horizontal axis. The food centrifuge of the invention avoids food sticking therein, and does not require the user to apply excessive force thereto in order to stabilise it on the support surface, resulting in a centrifuge that is more resistant and long-lasting, and also easy to wash, assemble and store.
