Abstract
Se proporciona un método para la codificación de datos de flujo e incidente de tráfico que utilizan ubicaciones de mapa de objetivo, tales como las ubicaciones OpenStreetMap (OSM) directamente, en lugar de pasar por una etapa de conversión.
