Abstract

El proceso y equipo de electroestimulacion que se emplean mas especificamente en el control de cefaleas que resultan de migrana y de dolor secundario a trastornos de articulacion temporomandibular, el proceso que predice el desarrollo de un protocolo de electroestimulacion en el cual se hace la variacion de los impulsos electricos de u na manera al azar, respetando los limites de la eficiencia de la estimulacion, para reducir el fenomeno fisiologico de acomodo de fibras nerviosas en los estimulos; un equipo portatil de electroestimulacion, formado por un conjunto de electroestimulacion (1) y un soporte (2) se proporciona, el anterior que consiste de un compartimiento cilindrico (3) que aloja una tarjeta de circuitos impresos (4) y una bateria desechable de iones litio en forma de moneda (5), modelo CR20XX, en cuya cara posterior hay depresiones (6a), que aloja los electrodos respectivos (6), adecuadamente cubiertos por las respectivas capas de gel protegidas por las hojas protectoras removibles (7); el conjunto de electroestimulacion (1) que se acopla con la ranura longitudinal media (14) del soporte (2), que configura el riel a lo largo del cual se mueve el conjunto; tambien se proporcionan los siguientes componentes internos: modulo de fuente de energia (15), modulo regulador elevador (16), modulo de microcontrolador (17), modulo de sello de suministro de energia (18), modulo de fuente de refuerzo (19), modulo de puente en H (20), y modulo de salida de electrodo (21).
