Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema de refrigeración para un motor de combustión interna. El sistema de refrigeración comprende: un pasaje de refrigeración provisto dentro de una carcasa de motor del motor, donde el pasaje de refrigeración se configura para transportar un flujo masivo de refrigerante para refrigerar la carcasa de motor; y uno o más pasajes adicionales de refrigeración provistos dentro de la carcasa de motor, cada uno configurado para introducir un flujo de refrigerante dentro del pasaje de refrigeración; donde la carcasa de motor comprende una o más regiones de temperatura alta, que están a una temperatura más alta que una o más regiones de temperatura baja de la carcasa de motor; y donde los pasajes adicionales de refrigeración se configuran para direccionar el refrigerante introducido hacia la una o más regiones de temperatura alta.
