Abstract

El dispositivo para tratar petróleo crudo o combustóleo pesado con un método que puede bajar el punto de escurrimiento hasta por lo menos 0°C, y que el petróleo crudo o el combustóleo pesado tratados de esta manera mantiene esta propiedad durante por lo menos un año. La presente invención describe el dispositivo para bajar el punto de escurrimiento de petróleo crudo o combustóleo pesado mediante el uso de un método de ionización especifico, y el método mencionado se lleva a acabo haciendo pasar un medio calentado a través del dispositivo de ionización principal (2) que está puesto a tierra y que consta de tres segmentos conectados en paralelo (85) mediante lo cual cada segmento (85) consta de un tubo de cobre protector (49) en cuyo interior se ubica una camisa aislante protectora (73), en cuyo interior se ubica un alojamiento de cobre (71), y en cada alojamiento de cobre (71) hay un núcleo externo en forma cilíndrica (70) en el cual se coloca un núcleo interno (69), y el núcleo externo (70) y el núcleo interno (69) indicados se fabrican como dos aleaciones diferentes en composición. La presente invención también describe el proceso para colar el núcleo externo (70) y el núcleo interno (69).
