Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para purgar burbujas de gas desde una zona diana de un circuito de sangre extracorpóreo de una máquina de diálisis, en el que la zona diana recibe flujo de un líquido de purga que entra en la zona diana a través de un flujo de entrada y lo hace salir de nuevo a través de un flujo de salida, en el que el flujo de entrada difiere del puerto arterial y el flujo de salida difiere del puerto venoso del circuito de sangre extracorpóreo. La invención se refiere además a una máquina de diálisis que tiene un circuito de sangre extracorpóreo y una unidad de control, teniendo el circuito de sangre extracorpóreo un flujo de entrada y un flujo de salida para el líquido de purga, difiriendo el flujo de entrada del puerto arterial y difiriendo el flujo de salida del puerto venoso del circuito de sangre extracorpóreo, y estando configurada la unidad de control para llevar a cabo un método de acuerdo con la invención. La invención se refiere además a un dispositivo desechable para el tratamiento de diálisis, en el que el dispositivo desechable comprende una línea arterial, elementos de una bomba de sangre, un dializador y una línea venosa, donde el dispositivo desechable tiene una interfaz para el flujo de entrada del líquido de purga en la línea arterial y una interfaz para el flujo de salida del líquido de purga en la línea venosa, y en el que la interfaz para el flujo de entrada difiere del puerto arterial y la interfaz para el flujo de salida difiere de la entrada venosa del conjunto de manguera.
