Abstract

Se describe un método para el tratamiento biológico de sulfuros y compuestos de azufre en aguas residuales municipales e industriales, de acuerdo con lo cual el agua se somete a un pre-tratamiento, seguido por un tratamiento biológico sin cultivo, después una operación de clarificación, caracterizado en que el agua cruda se mezcla en o corriente arriba del pre-tratamiento con lodo biológico de desulfurización, e instalación para implementar el tratamiento.
