The present disclosure is related to a method to obtain a mixture, containing a hydrated egg product or any other colloid; and a substance of interest; where the mixing is by means of ultrasonic nebulization; said method comprises whipping at least one egg product and any other colloid, until leaving the same in a foamy condition. Adding in the form of pressurized or conical fog, at least one substance of interest to the egg product in a foamy state, mix it until an emulsified mixture is obtained in the form of foam; vacuum the emulsified mixture to send it to a dehydrator; dehydrate the emulsified mixture until a humidity of no more than 5% is obtained; grind the emulsified mixture to the desired granulometry; and subjecting the milled mixture to sterilization. The mixtures obtained with said process and the products containing said mixture.
