Abstract

Sposób otrzymywania biopreparatu o przedłużonym działaniu organicznej substancji aktywnej polega na tym, że do naczynia zawierającego od 98,5 do 99,45% wag. pożywki płynnej dodaje się od 0,05 do 0,5% wag. nośnika mineralnego w postaci hydrofilowego proszku ditlenku krzemu o uziarnieniu od 20 do 200 nm oraz od 0,5 do 1% wag. nadtlenku wodoru w postaci od 25 do 45% roztworu, a następnie wprowadza się składnik aktywny preparatu w postaci komórek mikroorganizmów, po czym mieszaninę umieszcza się w bioreaktorze i poddaje się inkubacji, a po jej zakończeniu płynną pożywkę usuwa się, a równomiernie rozprowadzone komórki mikroorganizmów na nośniku mineralnym liofilizuje się, po czym w 90 do 98% wag. wodnego roztworu 2 do 5% alginianu sodu rozpuszcza się 2 do 10% wag. proszku uzyskanego w wyniku liofilizacji. Następnie uzyskaną mieszaninę wtryskuje się za pomocą dyszy rozpryskowej do zbiornika z 2 do 3% roztworem chlorku wapnia, a powstałe granulki preparatu oddziela się z roztworu chlorku wapnia poprzez filtrację, przy czym stosunek wagowy wtryskiwanej mieszaniny do roztworu chlorku wapnia wynosi co najmniej 1 do 2.The method of obtaining a biopreparation with a prolonged action of an organic active substance is based on the fact that in a vessel containing from 98.5 to 99.45 wt. from the liquid medium from 0.05 to 0.5 wt. mineral carrier in the form of a hydrophilic silicon dioxide powder with a grain size of 20 to 200 nm and 0.5 to 1 wt. hydrogen peroxide in the form of a 25 to 45% solution, and then the active ingredient of the preparation in the form of microorganism cells is introduced, after which the mixture is placed in a bioreactor and incubated, and after its completion, the liquid medium is removed, and evenly distributed cells of microorganisms on the mineral carrier is lyophilized and then in 90 to 98 wt. 2 to 10% by weight of an aqueous solution of 2 to 5% sodium alginate. powder obtained by freeze-drying. Then the obtained mixture is injected with a spray nozzle into a tank with a 2 to 3% calcium chloride solution, and the resulting granules of the preparation are separated from the calcium chloride solution by filtration, the weight ratio of the injected mixture to the calcium chloride solution is at least 1 to 2.
