Abstract
Un intercambiador de calor soldado fuerte que tiene una pila de placas intercambiadoras de calor, cada una con un agujero de flujo de entrada y un agujero de flujo de salida, que se disponen de tal manera que conductos de flujo cerrados y abiertos para distintos medios se alternan en una dirección de apilado; en los conductos de flujo abiertos hay dos piezas de extremo con un agujero cuyo borde se extiende alrededor del agujero de flujo de entrada o alrededor del agujero de flujo de salida, respectivamente; las piezas de extremo son láminas de metal deformadas con corrugaciones que forman conductos; las láminas de metal incluyen aberturas de flujo para el medio que fluye a través de los conductos de flujo abiertos; los bordes de agujero se deforman y tienen una altura que corresponde aproximadamente a una altura del conducto de flujo abierto, y se disponen cerca de un agujero de canto del agujero de flujo de entrada o del agujero de flujo de salida.
