Abstract
Una tinta para inyección de tinta MICR acuosa incluye de entre 20% a 60% en peso de un óxido de hierro magnético con dopaje de cobalto, dispersión de pigmento, mezclados con entre 5% a 30% en peso de un humectante, en emulsión de solución de agua. La dispersión se muele en un molino de medio húmedo para obtener un tamaño de partícula en el rango de 150 nm. Humectante, surfactantes, agentes de inyección, y aditivos estabilizantes adicionales se añaden para la composición de tinta final.
