Abstract

Se proveen sistemas y métodos para caracterizar dispositivos de iluminación en estado sólido. En ciertos ejemplos, se describen los sistemas y métodos para medir varios parámetros de diodos de emisión de luz (LED), que caracterizan a cada LED con base en los parámetros medidos y selecciona uno o más de los LED caracterizados de manera que la luz emitida de cada uno de los LED seleccionados se mezcla con la luz de los otros LED seleccionados para crear una salida de luz general deseada.
