Abstract
El aparato de entidad de gestión de conexión determina un conjunto de módems dentro de la cobertura de un área particular. Cada módem del conjunto de módems está asociado con una aeronave particular y una portadora de una pluralidad de portadoras. El aparato asigna subconjuntos de módems a cada eNB de un conjunto de eNBs. La asignación permite que cada eNB pueda comunicarse con el subconjunto de módems asignado. Cada eNB opera sobre una portadora diferente. El aparato puede ser un eNB. El eNB determina un conjunto de módems dentro de la cobertura del eNB.
