Abstract

The present invention describes a concentrated electrolyte nutraceutical for ion balance in biological systems, characterised in that it comprises: i. chlorine; ii. sulfur; iii. phosphorus; iv. magnesium; v. sodium; vi. calcium; and vii. potassium. The nutraceutical improves the metabolic function of organisms and makes muscle movement more efficient, aiding digestion, regulating peristaltic movements and facilitating the absorption of nutrients and the evacuation of waste, thereby preventing the accumulation of gases and the proliferation of pathogenic microorganisms in the digestive tract. With a specific concentration of the concentrated electrolyte nutraceutical for ion balance in biological systems, water and food are provided with special properties of salinity, performing an important role in physicochemical balances and in biochemical phenomena in aquatic and terrestrial environments.
