Abstract
En una instalación para la fabricación de baterías se disponen en la estación de baño de plomo, en la caldera de fundición de plomo fija, para el cambio del baño de plomo caliente y de forma asignable, dos carros de baño de plomo móviles y calentables, conteniendo uno de los dos carros el segundo baño de plomo. En los dos carros se disponen sendos dispositivos de bombeo y aspiración que sirven para el cambio del baño de plomo. El plomo fundido se bombea en estado caliente desde la caldera de plomo hasta el carro vacío. Dado que tanto el dispositivo de bombeo y aspiración con giro alrededor del eje de giro (B) como el eje pivotante montado de forma fija en el carro con giro alrededor del eje de giro (A) se disponen respectivamente por separado y que el dispositivo de bombeo y aspiración con el tubo de aspiración y el tubo de salida de la bomba se une, a través de un eje de unión con un dispositivo de elevación al eje de giro fijo del carro, es posible elevar al mismo tiempo el tubo de aspiración de la caldera y el tubo de salida de la bomba del carro, girando la bomba con el tubo de aspiración y el tubo de salida de la bomba dispuestos en la misma tanto alrededor del eje de giro (A) como alrededor del eje de giro (B) para posicionarse en el carro en una posición básica.
