Abstract
Un descodificador de audio multicanal para proporcionar al menos dos señales de audio de salida en base a una representación codificada se configura para renderizar una pluralidad de señales de audio descodificadas, que se obtienen en base a la representación codificada, en dependencia de uno o varios parámetros de renderización, para obtener una pluralidad de señales de audio renderizadas. El descodificador de audio multicanal se configura para derivar una o varias señales de audio decorrelacionadas de las señales de audio renderizadas, y para combinar las señales de audio renderizadas, o una de sus versiones en escala, con una o varias señales de audio decorrelacionadas, para obtener las señales de audio de salida. Un codificador de audio multicanal proporciona un parámetro del método de decorrelación para controlar un descodificador de audio.
