Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo (100) para transferir un componente a una unidad (102, 104) de herramientas, particularmente una prensa. El dispositivo (100) comprende un bastidor (110), una unidad (112) de traslación con una primera unidad impulsora (136) para mover la unidad (112) de traslación con respecto al bastidor (110) y una unidad telescópica (114). La unidad telescópica (114) está equipada con una base (120) que puede moverse a lo largo de una primera trayectoria de recorrido con respecto a la unidad (112) de traslación, una viga (122) de soporte que puede moverse a lo largo de una segunda trayectoria de recorrido con respecto a la base (120), y un carro deslizante (124) para transferir el componente, pudiendo moverse el carro deslizante (124) a lo largo de una tercera trayectoria de recorrido con respecto a la viga (122) de soporte, una segunda unidad impulsora (126) y una transmisión. La transmisión se forma para transmitir un movimiento impulsor de la segunda unidad impulsora (126) a la base (120) en una primera relación de transmisión, a la viga (122) de soporte en una segunda relación de transmisión y al carro deslizante (124) en una tercera relación de transmisión, para mover la base (120) a lo largo de la primera trayectoria de recorrido, la viga (122) de soporte a lo largo de la segunda trayectoria de recorrido y el carro deslizante (124) a lo largo de la tercera trayectoria de recorrido, donde al menos dos de las relaciones de transmisión son diferentes entre sí.
