The present disclosure is related to a cake preparation process with a base flour composition without flavors and concentrates of previously formulated flavors; characterized by comprising the following stages: A) mixing in a desired proportion a predetermined amount (according to the weight and size of the cake to be made) of a flavorless base flour composition and a desired amount of at least one flavor concentrate, according to the desired flavor intensity; B) adding a certain amount of eggs, water and fats (vegetable oil and/or butter); C) mixing homogeneously at a predetermined speed, preferably at a 50 RPM to 350 RPM speed from for a given time, preferably from 30 seconds to 10 minutes or more; D) Bake in the oven at a temperature of between 160°C and 182°C for a time of between 20 and 35 minutes.
