Abstract

Sensores, sistemas y métodos para la detección de un campo electromagnético del fondo del pozo, que incluyen un sensor de campo electromagnético de sistema microoptoelectromecánico (MOEMS) del fondo del pozo que incluye una primera superficie que es al menos parcialmente reflectante, una segunda superficie que es al menos parcialmente reflectante y suspendidas por uno o más elementos flexibles para definir una cavidad óptica que tiene una distancia variable entre la primera y la segunda superficie, una primera capa conductora unida a una primera superficie, y una segunda capa conductora unida a la segunda superficie.
