Abstract

Una bolsa para empaque de productos hortofrutícolas con el objeto de maximizar la frescura, controlando el vapor de agua, dióxido de carbono, absorción de gas de etileno y permite la permeación de oxígeno, garantizando frutas y vegetales frescos desde la postcosecha hasta la llegada al consumidor final. La bolsa de almcaenamiento de productos hortofrutícolas de la presente invención está compuesta por una parte posterior constituida de Tyvek(r) 4058B y una parte frontal transparente así como una parte base, compuestas de una combinación de una película plástica de un polímero de baja densidad y Cel-Span(r) EG-600 plus unidas por laminación por extrusión.
