Abstract

Un sistema de cómputo a bordo del vehículo está configurado para detectar una condición de un vehículo; identificar una causa de deceleración para el vehículo en un conjunto jerárquico de causas de deceleración, en donde la causa de deceleración está asociada con la condición; seleccionar un tipo de deceleración de un conjunto de posibles tipos de deceleración; seleccionar un nivel de deceleración con base al menos en parte en la causa de deceleración; presentar una notificación al operador asociada con la causa de deceleración a través de una interfaz de operador; activar una deceleración para el vehículo de acuerdo con el tipo de deceleración y el nivel inicial de deceleración; detectar un cambio en la condición del vehículo; y actualizar el nivel inicial de deceleración con base al menos en parte en el cambio en la condición del vehículo.
