Abstract

Un método para fabricar una parte (1) que comprende un sustrato de metal (Sub) cubierto al menos parcialmente con una capa de recubrimiento (Rev), el método comprende: preparar (A) una superficie del sustrato (Sub) para cubrir, con el fin de obtener una superficie preparada de rugosidad Ra que cae en el intervalo de 0.6 µm a 1.6 µm, y de manera preferida en el intervalo de 0.8 µm a 1.6 µm; formar (C) la capa de recubrimiento (Rev) en la superficie preparada del sustrato, esta capa de recubrimiento (Rev) se forma mediante rociando, utilizando un método de rociado del tipo HVOF para rociar una mezcla en polvo que contiene granos (G) de carburo de metal, los granos (G) tienen dimensiones que son estrictamente menores que 1 µm y el espesor (Epmin) de la capa de recubrimiento (Rev) formada de esta manera, es menor que 50 µm; a continuación terminar al menos una superficie de la capa de recubrimiento (Rev) mediante pulido (D) , de tal manera que se asegure que su rugosidad Ra es menor que 1.6 µm.
