Abstract

Un método para formar una herramienta para crear un componente formado incluye proporcionar una herramienta de formado que tiene un núcleo y una cavidad con respectivas bandas de cierre del núcleo y de la cavidad. Los respectivos planos de separación irregulares están desplazados aproximadamente 130 micrones de los respectivos planos de separación acabados del núcleo y de la cavidad. Se realiza el semiacabado del núcleo y de la cavidad para atenuar la fatiga dentro del núcleo y de la cavidad. Se realiza el corte fino de las bandas de cierre del núcleo y de la cavidad de modo que las superficies externas de las bandas de cierre del núcleo y de la cavidad sean iguales a los respectivos planos de separación acabados. El acoplamiento entre las superficies externas del núcleo y de la cavidad carece sustancialmente de espacios.
