Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un método de codificación y decodificación de resolución híbrida; el método incluye llevar a cabo una codificación estándar de resolución completa en un cuadro I que acepta sólo codificación intracuadro en una secuencia de cuadros de video, y llevar a cabo una reconstrucción de cuadro que obtener una cuadro reconstruido del cuadro I; llevar a cabo una disminución de resolución en el cuadro reconstruido del cuadro I para obtener una primera imagen de muestreo del cuadro reconstruido del cuadro I; llevar a cabo una disminución de resolución en un cuadro no I en la secuencia de cuadros de video para obtener una segunda imagen de muestreo del cuadro no I; llevar a cabo una codificación estándar en la segunda imagen de muestreo del cuadro no I usando la primera imagen de muestreo del cuadro reconstruido del cuadro I que corresponde al cuadro no I como un cuadro de referencia; y mandar una transmisión continua de código de video que incluye en cuadro I codificado de manera estándar a resolución completa y el cuadro I codificado de manera estándar.
