Abstract

Se conocen carcasas de flujo para válvulas de aceite que tienen: una camisa de soporte (10) en la que está dispuesta una camisa de válvula (20) en un taladro de soporte (12) de la carcasa de localización (10); al menos dos tubos que pueden conectarse para fluidos (14, 16, 18) que están formados en la camisa de soporte (10) y se conectan para fluidos a un número correspondiente de taladros (22, 24, 26) en la camisa de válvula (20); al menos una superficie periférica (28) sobre la camisa de válvula (20) que se dispone axialmente entre los taladros (22, 24, 26) y sobre los que está formada una ranura (36, 38, 40); y al menos un anillo de sellado (42, 44, 46) que está dispuesto en la ranura (36, 38, 40) sobre la superficie periférica. Para conseguir un montaje tan simple como sea posible en tanto que se asegura el sellado requerido, se propone que el anillo de sellado (42, 44, 46) tenga un coeficiente de expansión térmica más alto que el de la camisa de soporte (10). De esta forma, la camisa de válvula (20) se puede diseñar solamente con un ajuste de holgura sobre la camisa de soporte (10). Se evitan daños a los anillos de sellado (42, 44, 46) durante el montaje.
