Abstract

La presente invención es un elemento estructural para un cierre de botellas que dispone de medios para evidenciar un primer uso en condiciones nominales. Este elemento estructural puede materializarse en componentes tales como un vertedor o un chasis. Caracteriza este elemento estructural el uso de dos componentes que están vinculados de modo que la unión entre uno y otro desaparece tras el primer uso en condiciones nominales cuando dicho elemento estructural se encuentra montado en modo operativo sobre la botella. El primer uso en condiciones nominales requiere de la retirada de uno de los componentes y éste no puede ser repuesto a su posición original restaurando su unión también original.
