Abstract
Esta invención se refiere a un proceso para la fabricación de un componente poroso (1) a ser utilizado como restrictor del flujo, cuyas subestructuras básicas incluyen el proceso de moldeo por inyección de metal, que ha sido mejorado con el fin de obtener un componente con porosidad abierta homogéneamente distribuida. Tal restrictor del flujo comprende al menos un componente poroso (1), con al menos un porción de restricción con algo de porosidad dimensionada para regular el flujo del gas que fluye hacia los cojinetes aerostáticos de un sistema mecánico, tal como un compresor hermético comprendido por un pistón en movimiento con relación a un cilindro, por ejemplo. Esta invención también se refiere al uso y producción de un componente poroso (1) obtenido por moldeo por inyección de polvo o moldeo por inyección de polvo de partes de multimaterial, el componente poroso (1) siendo un restrictor del flujo con una capa de material denso; es decir, sin poros abiertos, en la superficie exterior paralelos a la dirección del flujo en donde el flujo a través del componente poroso debe ocurrir (porosidad dual). La invención también se refiere a la existencia de sellado entre el componente poroso (1) y su carcasa.
