Abstract

A vane-type fluid transmission apparatus comprises a stator (10), a rotor (20), at least one vane (34), at least one first lining (40), and at least one second lining (50). A chamber (13) is formed in the stator (10), and the chamber communicates with the outside through a flow channel. The rotor (20) comprises a body (21) and a main shaft (22). The main shaft (22) is connected to the body (21). The body (21) is eccentrically set in the chamber (13); the periphery of the body (21) tangentially contacts the inner wall of the chamber (13), and the body (21) is provided with at least one radial groove (23). The vane (34) is pivotally embedded in the groove (23), and contacts the inner wall of the chamber (13). The first lining and the second lining are separately and pivotally embedded in the stator (10), and revolve around the circular centre of the chamber. The vane is pivotally connected to the first lining and the second lining, causing the vane to revolve around the circular centre of the chamber while moving in a reciprocating manner in the groove. One end of the vane in contact with the inner wall of the chamber forms an arc surface, causing the end of the vane to keep in tangential contact with the inner wall of the chamber, thus improving the efficiency of fluid pump-through transmission and reducing the difficulty of manufacturing the stator to form a chamber.
