Abstract

La descripción reduce el movimiento vertical de una plataforma flotante en altamar (2) mediante la inclusión de una plancha de quilla abierta centralizada (10) acoplada con el casco (20) que permite el agua por debajo y por encima de la plancha de quilla (10). A medida que la plataforma flotante (2) se mueve en dirección vertical, la plancha de quilla (10) separa el agua y provoca el arrastre sobre la plataforma. El agua que se mueve en dirección vertical con la plancha también incrementa la masa dinámica.
