Abstract
La descripción reduce el movimiento vertical de una plataforma flotante en altamar (2) mediante la inclusión de una plancha de quilla abierta centralizada (10) acoplada con el casco (20) que permite el agua por debajo y por encima de la plancha de quilla (10).
