Abstract
The present invention relates to the formulation of a product referred to as GIN, due to their organoleptic characteristics derived from botanical ingredients from a regional spirit drink obtained by distillation and rectification of worts which are originally and directly prepared with sugars extracted from the previously hydrolyzed or cooked mature heads of agave plants, and subsequently subjected to alcoholic fermentation by yeasts which are or are not cropped, finally said elixir undergoing a third distillation process with the botanical scents for producing a legendary spirit drink that is recognized worldwide as GIN.
