Abstract

Los estatores 39 son axialmente cargados mediante un paquete de resortes dobles 64 dispuestos en serie en donde un resorte cargado ligeramente se acopla al estator 39 durante las aplicaciones de empuje cero, y a medida que el eje 14 comienza a rotar y a encontrarse con el empuje axial, un resorte más fuerte y más grueso, mayor que la carga de empuje, se acopla rápidamente.
