Abstract

The invention refers to a device acting as a base for mounting water taps on a wall, the invention being preferably used in basins for washing clothes. This product provides the flexibility of installing the different taps that are currently available on the market, also covering water pipes and creating a space that provides a higher functionality to the washing area.

Description

BASE TO MOUNT THE FAUCET ON A WALL DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The product is a base in the form of a container that serves to mount the water faucet on a wall, covers the water pipes, generates a space for cleaning products and gives the flexibility of being able to install different faucets that are on the market.
BACKGROUND If we analyze the laundry area of our house, more accurate the laundry or sink, we note that the faucets or faucets that are embedded in the wall are simple unlike what you have in the kitchen or bathroom. When making use of these taps we realize that they do not have the necessary functionality to provide water closer to where the user is washing. Another situation that is presented to us is that cleaning products we have to put in the same pool to have them at hand when working.
If we place ourselves in the kitchen sink or in the bathroom sink, we can see that the conditions in which the tap is installed are different. For both cases we have the pool with the right conditions to install faucets or water taps with different characteristics that help us to give the user more comfort.
When not finding an article that helps to install the faucets to the pipe that comes out of the wall, this product was devised that helps to assemble the water tap with its pipe. The details of this device are shown in the following description and annexed drawings.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Figure 1 is a perspective view of the invention.
Figure 2 is a perspective view of the invention, to which was added a mixer tap mounted on the base and a double sink with carver.
Figure 3 is a top view of the invention, in which the preparation to obtain the holes that serve to install the tap is presented. The underside of the invention is similar to the top view.
Figure 4 is a side view of the invention. Both side faces are identical and present the preparation to obtain an exit hole.
Figure 5 is the rear view of the invention.
Figure 6 is the rear view of the invention, in which the installation of a mixing faucet with its hoses is simulated.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The invention is a base that is fixed to the wall and resembles a container preferably rectangular in shape, without lid, in one piece. The rear face (7) that is fixed to the wall is hollow and on the edges, upper and lower, have the holes (2) that serve to embed the product in the wall. The upper (3) and lower face are similar, rectangular in appearance and have the preparation to obtain a plurality of holes (1) where the water tap chosen by the user is mounted. The side faces (5) are equal, square in appearance and have the preparation to obtain a hole (6). The front face of the product (4) of rectangular appearance, is a smooth surface.
The base to mount the faucet on a wall is a conceptualized product to help the user to improve the area of the sink or laundry (9) that is in the laundry of home or business. Currently, in the upper part of this pool, faucets or water taps are connected directly to the pipe that comes out of the wall. These faucets are usually simple, with little aesthetic appearance and are close to the wall but away from the center of the pool.
This device is designed to be one piece and symmetrical so that through the surfaces of its sides, a faucet (8) can be mounted, provide a space to keep the hoses and water pipes hidden (7) , have a space available for cleaning products on both sides of the tap (3), can be installed on the wall by means of screws through the holes provided for this purpose (2) and finally provides the user with the option to be able to remove from the base any hose or pipe that you want to use for another purpose (6). This base can be manufactured in different materials, sizes, shapes and colors.
When installing a base such as the one proposed, it generates a space that serves to mount a faucet of the mixer type (8) that has the longest neck and that puts the water closest to the center of the pool (9). The idea that the upper (3) and lower face are similar makes the user can turn the product and have the opportunity to choose the number of holes (1) he needs to mount the tap of choice (8). Another benefit is that the base is installed on the wall as a shelf, so it generates space (3) to put the cleaning products that you want to have on hand. In addition, the invention improves the appearance because it covers the pipe used for the installation and optionally proposes that pipes or hoses that are used for other areas can be extracted from the sides.

Claims (1)

  1. CLAIMS Having sufficiently described my invention, I consider it a novelty and therefore claim as my exclusive property, what is contained in the following clauses: Basis for assembling the faucet in a wall is a device characterized by comprising a single piece preferably rectangular container that includes: the back of the base, which is hollow and has on the edges plurality of holes that serve to assemble the base on the wall; the front face of the base is rectangular in appearance and is a smooth surface; the upper and lower faces of the base are similar, rectangular in appearance and have the preparation to obtain a plurality of holes that serve to install the water tap chosen by the user; the side faces of the base are similar, square in appearance and have the preparation to obtain a hole at the user's choice. Basis for mounting the faucet in a wall according to claim 1, is characterized by containing the preparation to obtain a plurality of holes in the upper and lower faces, that the user can select to use one of these faces to install the water tap of your choice. The base for mounting the faucet in a wall according to claim 1, is characterized by containing the preparation for obtaining a hole in each of the lateral surfaces, which serve to extract from the base some hose or pipe at the user's discretion. 4. Base for mounting the faucet on a wall according to claim 1, is characterized by its container form, which when installed on the wall serves as a cover because it covers the set of hoses, terminals with threads, connections and tubes that they are used for mounting the water tap. 5.
