Abstract
Un sensor de flujo magnético para medir la componente radial del flujo magnético que incide en una barra de estator de un generador de alto voltaje. El sensor de flujo magnético incluye una rejilla de Bragg de fibra formada en una fibra óptica y encerrada dentro de un recubrimiento magnetoestrictivo. El recubrimiento magnetoestrictivo responde a los cambios en el flujo magnético al aplicar una deformación en la fibra que cambia la longitud de onda reflejada de la rejilla de Bragg que se puede medir para proporcionar una medición del flujo. En una modalidad, se posicionan uno o más sensores de flujo magnético directamente dentro de una capa de aislamiento de la barra de estator particular.
