Abstract
The invention refers to a profile rolling for the development of corrugated rod of steel 1075 with improved physico-mechanical properties, which is produced from railway rails and a steel of 1075 with properties of high hardness, mechanical resistance and high fracture toughness. This profile rolling (first roll) allows the raw material roughing to be performed for starting the process intended to form the corrugated rod, this roll including a reduced transversal area, thus the subsequent rolls being easier to perform the transformation, which results in a lower price and a product with improved properties.

DESCRIPTION
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to provide the step of roughing the process for the manufacture of a new steel rebar 1075 able to present physical-mechanical properties superior to the current ones, which will favor the market due to its optimal properties as well as better resistance parameters.
BACKGROUND
The rolling process is one that puts a metal under conditions of deformation and temperature to obtain microstructures that improve the mechanical properties of metals, mainly with the refinement of grain improving the strength of the metal, this is done by means of rollers that compress to the metal with which the metal grain lengthens. The main purpose of rolling is to reduce the cross section of a material to obtain a desired thickness.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
