Abstract

The present invention is related to a device for displaying advertisings with digital screens for automotive vehicles, which is mounted into said vehicles for controlling and handling in an intelligent form the displayed advertisements in a remote or direct manner. The device of the present invention consists in a main body or carcass with three modules for displaying the information, a central module and two lateral modules which form a T-shaped arrangement; a support base and an intelligent system for managing the information.

Description

"ADVERTISING EXHIBITOR DEVICE WITH DIGITAL SCREENS FOR AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLES " FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention is related to the manufacture of devices and / or apparatuses for displaying advertising in automotive vehicles, and more particularly it is related to an advertising display device with digital screens for motor vehicles, which is mounted in said vehicles to allow realizing an intelligent control and management of the advertising that is transmitted.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently, in the densely populated large cities there are structures, devices and / or advertising displays that are incorporated into the body or awning of vehicles to display promotional information of products and / or services.
With regard to the devices and / or advertising display units mounted on the awnings of automotive vehicles, taxis mainly, incorporate a great variety of structures exhibiting fixed advertising, which can not be constantly modified and / or updated during the course of the day during the circulation of the motor vehicle, or dynamic advertising, which changes according to a previously established sequence.
This type of advertising displays has the great disadvantage of being not very flexible, since during its use you can not change the advertising information that is displayed, as is the case of static advertising, nor can you change the sequence of exhibition according to the requirements of the geographical or commercial area where the dynamic advertising is being exhibited.
It is important to mention that the use of advertising displays is well known in the state of the art; however, as already mentioned above, this type of exhibitors has the great limitation that it is not possible to modify and / or update the information that is being displayed, nor the sequence, nor the time of exhibition, let alone adapting it to the requirements of the user when the motor vehicle circulates through a certain area with certain commercial exhibition needs.
Therefore, it has been sought to eliminate the drawbacks encountered in the state of the art by developing an advertising display device with digital screens, which allows the diffusion of various advertising information or non-advertising information, such as information of the climate, traffic information in the area, general notices, etc., among others. The display device of the present invention allows receiving said information by remote transmission, almost instantaneous, so that it is emitted through the digital screens; Likewise, through this device the management of advertising is carried out dynamically, that is, there is constantly the possibility that the advertising or non-advertising information can be modified and / or updated, depending on the geographical or commercial area where the vehicle is moving.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION Taking into account the shortcomings of the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide an advertising display device with digital screens for motor vehicles, which allows remote transmission, almost instantaneously, of the advertising that is projected to through said digital screens.
Another additional object of the present invention is to provide an advertising display device with digital displays for automotive vehicles, which allows the handling of advertising dynamically, that is, that there is constantly the possibility of being modified and / or updated according to the requirements of a user.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an advertising display device with digital screens for automotive vehicles, which allows to transmit, receive, control and manage audio and video information remotely and dynamically, wired and wireless.
A further object of the present invention is to provide an advertising display device with digital displays for motor vehicles, which due to its design and configuration, results in a simple device to operate and assemble in a motor vehicle, with a low level of maintenance and low operating cost.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring now to the accompanying drawings, and more specifically to Figures 1 to 7 thereof, there is shown an advertising display device with digital screens for motor vehicles 100 constructed in accordance with the principles of a particularly preferred embodiment. of the present invention, which should be considered as illustrative rather than limiting thereof, wherein said advertising display device in general terms comprises a main body or housing that includes three information display modules, namely a rear center module 101 and two modules lateral 102 and 103, so as to form an arrangement in the form of letter "T" for its top floor view; a support base 104; and, an intelligent information management system 105.
It is important to mention that the advertising display device 100 of the present invention can include in additional modalities at least one digital screen, or two, four, five, etc. digital screens, depending on the, space and design requirements of said device 100.
In the embodiment described and shown in Figures 1 to 7, each of the side modules 102 and 103 consists of support elements 201 and 201 'respectively for mounting the digital screens; and, housings 202 and 202 'respectively where the support elements 201 and 201' are mounted, presenting between both side modules 102 and 103 a mirror arrangement.
The support elements 201 and 201 'are preferably rectangular in shape and include an array of eight windows distributed in two rows (four upper windows and four lower windows).
The housings 202 and 202 'are formed by a main body and an appendix at one of its ends as a continuation of the main body, so as to form an arrangement in the form of the letter "L" for its top plan view.
Both the main body and the appendage thereof preferably adopting a rectangular shape; and, the main body further including a rectangular opening centrally located where the support element 201 is mounted.
The rear center module 101 consists of a support element 203 for mounting the digital screens and a housing 204 on which the support element 203 is mounted.
The support element 203 is preferably rectangular in shape and includes an arrangement of six windows distributed in two rows (three upper windows and three lower windows), where the digital screens are mounted.
The housing 204 is formed by a main central body projecting towards the front and downwards so as to follow the outline of the side modules 102 and 103; and, a pair of appendages at its rear end, one for each of each side, which project towards the back and down, following the contour of the lateral modules 102 and 103, so as to form a rear wall of shape preferably rectangular, as a continuation of the main central body, which includes a centrally located rectangular opening into which the support member 203 is inserted.
The main central body and the pair of appendages of the carcass 204 projecting towards the back and down, presenting the shape of an arrangement in the form of the letter "T" for its view on the upper floor.
The support base 104 consists of a main body 205 having a pair of appendages at its rear end so as to form an arrangement in the form of a letter "T" for its top plan view.
On the main body 205 of the support base 104, the assembly already assembled is assembled, which includes the central module 101 and the side modules 102 and 103; as well as the elements constituting the intelligent information management system 105, namely, a power source 206 with its respective supports 207 and a control card 208, which are preferably located in the central portion of the main body 205.
With regard to Figure 7, it shows additional elements that are also part of the advertising display device 100 once assembled, as are the digital displays 209, which are assembled on the support elements 201 and 201 '; the screen protective elements 210, which are placed on the digital screens 209; and, the cooling devices 211 for cooling the power source 206, which are located on the central portion of the main body 205 of the support base 104. Fans are preferably used as cooling devices.
Now, in Figure 8 the assembly procedure of the support elements 201 and 201 'of the side modules 102 and 103 is shown; and, in Figure 9, the method of assembling the support member 203 of the module: rear center 101.
With respect to Figure 10, it shows the assembly procedure of the support element 201 'with its respective housing 202', of the lateral module 103. The method of assembling the support element 201 with its respective housing 202, of the lateral module 102, being carried out in a mirror arrangement of the procedure shown in Figure 10.
With regard to Figure 11, it shows the assembly procedure of the support element 203 with its respective housing 204 of the rear center module 101.
Figures 12 and 13 show the detail of how they are assembled on the main body 205 of the support base 104, and the elements constituting the intelligent information management system 105 (power source 206 with its respective supports 207 and the control card 208), which are preferably located in the central portion of the main body 205.
Figures 14A and 14B show an exploded view and a perspective view respectively of the advertising display device with digital displays for motor vehicles 100 to show the assembly procedure of the rear center module 101, the side modules 102 and 103, the base of 104 support and the intelligent information management system 105.
Finally in Figure 15 the manner in which the advertising display device with digital displays 100 is assembled in a motor vehicle 300, using a plurality of supports 301, is shown.
As regards the intelligent information management system 105, this consists of at least one power source 206 that is interconnected to the electric system of the motor vehicle to supply the energy required by the device; a control tablet 208; and, at least one cooling device 211 for the power source.
The control tablet consists of an information control and processing module that includes a data control module that allows to control the routes that the units travel, indicating among other variables: number of kilometers and trajectory of routes, place and time of travel , date of travel, in addition to being able to provide reports in real time or previously programmed; a zone control module that allows you to program the information to be displayed depending on the time and the general area (geographical or commercial), or the specific area (geographical or commercial) where the unit is located to display the information of video, image, text and / or audio; a time control module that allows to control in conjunction with the zone control module, the time in which the information will be displayed in a general way or in a specific way; a day control module that allows to control in conjunction with the zone control module, the day or days in which certain information will be displayed in a general way or in a specific way; an information control module (video, image, text, audio) that allows controlling the type of advertising that will be displayed on digital screens, together with the timing, zoning and date functions, in a general way or in a way specific; and, a security module that includes a biometric sensor to verify and validate the legality of the driver, as well as a panic button that sends a silent signal in case of -an event involving criminal activities.
The information processing and control module has the following main functions: 1. Receive by wireless transmission the content of the information to be deployed from a Control and Transmission Center, as well as store the contents in an external and / or internal storage medium. 2. Process the content (text, image or video data) in the storage medium and transform it into display data to be transmitted on digital screens. 3. Process fingerprint information for comparison, validation and control purposes. 4. Receive geolocation information by means of a GPS installed in the vehicle to know its location and determine based on said location, the information or advertising that will be displayed depending on the place where it is circulating, besides generating at the time, the corresponding reports .
The advertising display device with digital screens to be mounted on automotive vehicles of the present invention, in conjunction with the information processing and control module, performs the following functions: 1. Project texts, images, videos and / or transmit audio. Text and still images can be moved left / right, up / down, etc. 2. You can update the advertising data from the Control Center, either directly or remotely (wireless), with preloaded information, indicating the screen No., zone, time and day. 3. Record all incidents with zone, time and day data, which are forwarded to the Control Center directly or remotely (wireless). 4. Biometrically read the driver's fingerprints for identification purposes; as well as incorporate a robbery alert integrated into the system. 5. Perform advertising time statistics for all vehicles. 6. The possibility of connecting to a public or private security system, in order to transmit any state of emergency.
Even though in the above description a preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described and shown, it should be emphasized that numerous modifications to it are possible, without departing from the true scope of the invention, such as the fact that use different arrangements of digital screens in the display device, including at least one digital screen, two digital screens, four digital screens, five digital screens, etc., depending on the requirements of space and design of the display device configuration of advertising. Therefore, the present invention should not be restricted except by what is required by the prior art and by the spirit of the appended claims.

NOVELTY OF THE INVENTION CLAIMS

4. - An advertising display device with digital screens for motor vehicles, according to claim 3, further characterized in that once assembled, the side modules have a mirror arrangement with each other.
5. - An advertising display device with digital screens for motor vehicles, according to claim 4, further characterized in that the support element is preferably rectangular in shape and includes a arrangement of eight windows distributed in two rows, four upper windows and four lower windows.
6. - An advertising display device with digital screens for motor vehicles, according to claim 5, further characterized in that the housing is formed by a main body and an appendix at one of its ends as a continuation of the main body, so as to form a arrangement in the form of letter "L" for its view on the top floor.

9. - An advertising display device with digital screens for motor vehicles, according to claim 8, further characterized in that the support element is preferably rectangular in shape and includes an arrangement of six windows distributed in two rows (three upper windows and three bottom windows), where the digital screen is mounted.
10. - An advertising display device with digital screens for motor vehicles, according to claim 8, further characterized :: because the housing is formed by a main central body that projects towards the front and down to follow the contour of the side modules; and, a pair of appendages at its rear end, one on each side, which project towards the back and down, following the contour of said side modules, so as to form a rear wall of preferably rectangular shape, as follows of the main central body, which includes a rectangular opening centrally located where the support element is inserted together with the digital screen and the screen protector element.
