Description

PARABLE BAG OF A SOLDILE PLATE TO CONTAIN CONTENTS THAT CAN BE SEEN TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a parable bag. More particularly, this invention relates to such a bag designed to contain pourable contents such as a liquid, a viscous material, or particles.
ANTECEDENTS OF THE TECHNIQUE The invention relates to a parable bag composed of a weldable film for the packaging of a liquid, similar to a paste, or pourable packaging product. The parable bag is prefabricated as a film bag lying flat. After it is filled, the bag is sealed by a weld to seal the filling opening in order to create a package. The weldable film can be one; multilayer co-extruded film or a composite film having a heat-weldable polymer layer inside the bag. Possible fields of application for the parable bag range from beverage containers, liquid concentrates, liquid cleaning agents, liquid fertilizers, viscous body care products, and even dry food to animals .
U.S. Patent No. 7,497,624 discloses a parable bag having front and back face panels, a bottom panel that folds inwardly and attached to the bottom edge of the face panels, and side reinforcement panels between the face panels. The lateral reinforcement panels each have a central crease and are joined by welds to the side edges of the face panels. Triangular segments are provided at the corners of the side reinforcing panels, together they form a crease embedded between the halves of the respective side reinforcing panels at their upper and lower ends, and are attached to the lower panel. The side reinforcement panels end below an upper edge of the parable bag and are sealed at their upper ends in the triangular segments and welds. Above the side reinforcement panels, the face panels are directly joined together at their longitudinal edges by welding and create a head region with two thicknesses for the parable bag in which a means can be provided which can be returned to close in the form of a snap closure. After the bag has been filled with the packaging product, the side reinforcing panels and the bottom panel folded downward expand and define a filling product space that is formed by flat film areas. The header region above the lateral reinforcement panels can not be used as a filling product space and creates a lobe-shaped section of the bag, with the result that the shape of the filled foil bag deviates from the bag. a parallelepipedic form.
U.S. Patent Application No. 2011/0229060 discloses a flexible weldable film bag having two face panels, a fold on the bottom panel attached to the bottom edges of the face panels, and a fold on the top panel attached to the top edges of the face panels. The face panels are directly joined together by side edge welds in a central section of the bag between the bottom panel and the top panel. The face panels, the bottom panel, and the top panel define a filling product space that can be used extending from the floor surface to the top panel surface. After filling, the package has a footprint that thins toward the longitudinal edges of the bag. The shape of the container is not parallelepipedic.
U.S. Patent No. 6,796,712 also refers to a parable bag with two face panels that are joined together longitudinally wherein a panel of folding floor located between the side walls and that works like a fixed floor is on the bottom of the parable bag, while a folding top panel is between the face panels at the upper end of the parable bag. Additionally, a dispensing opening is provided between the upper transverse edge of a face panel and the associated edge of the top panel component in which a sealing or closure element is provided. The filling product space extends from the floor surface to the top panel component, and has a hexagonal shaped floor surface when in the full state. The hexagonal base surface prevents storage of the filled containers in a space-saving manner in a stack comprising multiple adjacent and stacked packages.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a parable bag of improved film.
Another objective is the provision of such an improved film foil pouch which overcomes the disadvantages indicated above, in particular, which can be moved from a flattened condition to a parallelepiped shape with four side surfaces extending at right angles to each other after it is full.
An additional objective is that the container has a good shape stability, both in the full state and in the partially empty state. Additionally, it should be easy to handle and preferably include a reclosable opening that allows the product to be dispensed.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A bag capable of moving between a generally flattened flat condition to an open generally parallelepiped shape has in accordance with the invention in the flattened condition flat front and rear rectangular panels closely juxtaposed, each having a horizontal top edge, a horizontal bottom edge below it, and a pair of vertically separated vertical lateral edges that link ends of the upper and lower edges. A rectangular upper panel has front and rear edges attached to the upper edges of the respective front and rear face panels and the side edges connecting ends of the respective front and rear edges. The upper panel 'has a crease between the respective front and rear edges and is folded inward therefrom to be placed between the face panels, and a rectangular floor panel has front and rear edges, respectively, attached to the lower edges of the front and rear panels and the side edges connecting ends of the respective front and rear edges. The floor panel also has a crease between the respective front and back edges and is folded inward therefrom to be placed between the face panels. A pair of rectangular side reinforcement panels each have vertical front and rear edges, respectively, attached to the side edges of the front and rear panels and the top and bottom edges attached to the side edges of the top and bottom panels. Each side panel is subdivided by a central vertical wrinkle into a pair of subpanels each formed in a respective corner of the side panel with a respective corner crease extending diagonally inward from the respective corner to the central crease and each one defining in the respective one corner a triangular segment. The side panel is folded inward in the respective central wrinkles between the face panels and the segments are folded inward in the diagonal wrinkles between the subpanels. The top, bottom, and side panels are completely between the face panels in the flattened condition and extend generally perpendicular to the face panels in a full condition of the bag. | The storable bag according to the invention is manufactured as a film bag lying flat and creates a parallelepiped pack after it has been filled. A filling opening provided for filling the parable bag between the upper panel and the upper edge of one of the face panels is closed by a longitudinal weld after the parable bag is filled, whose seam joins the panel facing the top panel .
The lower panel and the upper panel are preferably joined along their periphery by longitudinal welds to the face panels and to the triangular segments of the side reinforcing panels. The filling of the parable bag causes the lateral reinforcement panels between the face panels, as well as the folding in the lower panel and the folding in the upper panel to expand. As a result, HE . creates a completely flat floor surface, which imparts good stability to the container, and also creates a flat top panel surface. The filled package is distinguished by a parallelepiped shape and has a product space that can be used from the floor surface to the top panel surface. As a result, the package can be stacked both vertically and horizontally in a space saving manner.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the face panels are joined to the adjacent film area of the side reinforcement panels by welding. The welds impart a high degree of shape stability to the container by reinforcing the panels at the edges.
The storable bag may include a handle to provide improved handling of the package. A film grip is preferably provided in an area of the bag, or a grip is provided composed of a textile strip or strip of film reinforced by a textile strip.
The storable bag according to the invention may further have a reclosable opening for dispensing the product. The configuration and design of the reclosable opening depend on the filling product.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a closure is provided between the top panel and a face panel and is firmly attached to the adjoining areas of the top panel and the face panel. The closure is, for example, a nozzle that has a lid to allow reclosure, or is composed of mutually attachable closure strips in the form of a zipper, slide fastener, or a hook and loop closure.
The re-sealable opening for the Product dispensing can also be provided in a section of the bag that is composed of a portion of the top panel and a portion of the face panel attached thereto forming a nozzle. The bag is preferably closed at its upper end by a joining seam, and a resealable closure is provided inside the bag section, said closure is accessible after tearing off a strip comprising the seam. . The reclosable closure can be provided, in particular, in the form of a zipper or sliding closure. The invention also comprises an approach with which the resealable opening is provided in a face panel or in a side stiffener panel, and has a resealable closure that is secured within the interior of the panel. bag .
The parable bag is also advantageously provided with a handle to provide improved handling of the package. This can be composed of a film grip that is provided in an area of the bag. Another handle that can be considered is a handle produced from a textile strip or from a strip of film that is reinforced by a textile strip.
