Abstract

Se proporciona un aparato y método para utilizar un esquema de salto de frecuencia en un sistema de comunicación de difusión. Un método para transmitir una señal de difusión por medio de por lo menos dos bandas de frecuencia por un dispositivo de extremo de transmisión en el sistema de comunicación de difusión incluye determinar un patrón de salto de frecuencia para proporcionar un servicio de difusión y transmitir el mismo; transmitir información de control por medio de un primer marco después de que se cambia la frecuencia de acuerdo con el patrón de salto de frecuencia; y transmitir datos de difusión para el servicio de difusión por medio de un marco transmitido después del primer marco.
