Abstract
Para la combustión de un líquido en una cámara de combustión el líquido es atomizado por medio de un atomizador rotatorio e introducido dentro de una cámara de combustión, en donde es evaporado y subsecuentemente quemado. El líquido es cargado dentro del interior de una copa, en donde debido a la rotación de la copa es formada una película líquida en su interior, y en donde partes del líquido son despedidas radialmente desde el borde de la copa dentro de la cámara de combustión. De acuerdo con la invención, el espesor de la película líquida en la copa es controlado por medio de la variación de la velocidad rotacional de la copa de manera tal que un espesor entre 200 y 1.000 µm es ajustado.
