Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un método para la detección y evaluación digital de material gráfico ilegal, en el cual una memoria de datos es registrada en cuanto a material gráfico. De acuerdo a la invención, material gráfico que es encontrado es clasificado como material gráfico (pi) potencialmente ilegal o como material gráfico legal por medio de un método de clasificación con base en un contenido gráfico representado. En el material gráfico clasificado como material gráfico (pi) potencialmente ilegal se determina la edad de las personas representadas, y el material gráfico (pi) potencialmente ilegal que muestra al menos una persona cuya edad (A) detectada es debajo de una edad (vA) definida, es clasificado como material gráfico ilegal. Se detectan características biométricas de las personas mostradas en el material gráfico ilegal y se comparan con al menos una base de datos conteniendo características biométricas. En el material gráfico ilegal se detecta al menos una característica contenida adicional y se compara con al menos una base de datos correspondiente.
