Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un granulado con un contenido de 95 a 99% de mesilato de imatinib y 1 a 5% de un liquido volátil para realizar proceso de elaboración de un granulado de mesilato de imatinib, cuyo proceso comprende el humedecimiento del mesilato de imatinib con un liquido de granulación, y la granulación de la mezcla en una granuladora, seguido de la deshidratación, y opcionalmente el tamizado y/o la molienda de la población producida de gránulos, a fin de obtener una composición farmacéutica para la administración oral para su uso en medicina
