Abstract
To enable the setting of electric wires and the winding a tape around ends of a twisted pair cable and discharging the completed twisted pair cable without involving waiting time and while saving a space involved in the operations. There is adopted a twisted pair cable fabrication apparatus 1 comprising a first intermittent rotary-member 4 having clamps 3 for fixing one ends 2a of paired electric wires 2 on each of three circumferential surfaces 7 to 9, a second intermittent rotary-member 13 having clamps 5 for fixing the other ends 2b of the paired electric wires 2 and a motor 6 for rotating the clamps in a circumferential direction on each of three circumferential surfaces, and a driving unit for intermittently rotating the first and second intermittent rotary-members by one thirds a full rotation at a time, wherein the three surfaces comprise a paired electric wires setting-plane 7, 10, a paired electric wires twisting-plane 8, 11 and a twisted pair cable tape widing-and-twisting-plane 9, 12. To enable the setting of electric wires and the winding a tape around ends of a twisted pair cable and discharging the completed twisted pair cable without involving waiting time and while saving a space involved in the operations. There is adopted a twisted pair cable fabrication apparatus 1 comprising a first intermittent rotary-member 4 having clamps 3 for fixing one ends 2a of paired electric wires 2 on each of three circumferential surfaces 7 to 9, a second intermittent rotary-member 13 having clamps 5 for fixing the other ends 2b of the paired electric wires 2 and a motor 6 for rotating the clamps in a circumferential direction on each of three circumferential surfaces, and a driving unit for intermittently rotating the first and second intermittent rotary-members by one thirds a full rotation at a time, wherein the three surfaces comprise a paired electric wires setting-plane 7, 10, a paired electric wires twisting-plane 8, 11 and a twisted pair cable tape widing-and-twisting-plane 9, 12. In a conventional heart rate measurement device, peaks are not determined when the level of a biological heartbeat waveform signal from a sensor is low. Complex computational processing is also involved, and the device lacks convenience. In the present invention, the maximum value (M) of a heartbeat signal obtained at a predetermined time interval is detected by a maximum value detection means, and in a case in which a maximum value (M) larger than the detected maximum value (M) is not detected within a fixed time (T1) in processes S11 and S14, a determination is made in process S15 that the maximum value (M) detected by the maximum value detection means is a peak value (P). A heart rate is computed by a computation means on the basis of the time interval (T2) between successive peak values (P) determined by a peak value determination means. In accordance with the time interval (T2) between the successive peak values (P) determined by the peak value determination means, the fixed time (T1) is sequentially changed in processes S3 through S10 to any of a plurality of times designated in advance in accordance with the time interval (T2) between the peak values (P).
