Abstract
Un sistema de iluminación adaptado para ser renovado en un accesorio convencional de iluminación, o adaptado para remplazar un accesorio convencional. El sistema de iluminación incluye un dispositivo de iluminación que tiene un substrato y una pluralidad de elementos emisores de luz dispuestos en el substrato. El sistema de iluminación también incluye otra fuente de energía para suministrar corriente D/C al dispositivo de iluminación. El dispositivo de iluminación se puede instalar dentro de un casquillo de iluminación convencional en el accesorio de iluminación convencional o se puede montar en forma independiente con el uso de algunas partes del accesorio convencional. La fuente de energía está instalada dentro del accesorio convencional de iluminación o en otro accesorio externo al dispositivo de iluminación. En modalidades ejemplificativas, el sistema de iluminación incluye una pluralidad de dispositivos de iluminación montados en forma giratoria en el accesorio convencional de iluminación. Cada dispositivo de iluminación es energizado por una fuente de energía independiente y puede girarse en forma independiente y energizarse para adaptarse a la cobertura de luz.
