Abstract
An automatic opening and locking device of a dewatering tank using carbon dioxide for fruits and vegetables opens, closes and rotates a cover of the tank by hydraulic or air cylinders. The cover(7) is fixed on the tank body(2) by means of jaws(7-2) and clamping grooves(2-1) and is tightened up with the tank body through rotating. The jaws are set on the cover and the clamping grooves are set on the tank body. A cover automatic opening-closing device and a cover automatic screwing device are set between the cover and the tank body.

The connecting bar 7-1 is a solid cylinder, the lower end of the connecting rod is fixed at the center of the upper end of the tank cover 7, and the upper end of the connecting bar 7-1 is inserted into the a hole on the rotary arm 6 in a sliding fit form and fixed through bolts 7-3.
The tank cover closing device consists of a cover closing cylinder 9, a support III 8 and a support IV 10; the support III 8 is fixed on the tank cover 7; the support IV 10 is fixed on the tank body 2; the cylinder body of the cover closing cylinder 9 is articulated with the support IV 10; and the piston rod of the cover closing cylinder 9 is articulated with the support III 8.
The cover opening cylinder 4 and the cover closing cylinder 9 can be hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. The cover opening cylinder 4 and the cover closing cylinder 9 are respectively connected to the external hydraulic station or an external pneumatic station through control valves and pipes. When in use, a control valve operates to allow the cover opening cylinder 4 to operate, to open or close the tank cover 7. Another control valve operates to allow the cover closing cylinder 9 to operate, to close or open the tank cover 7. Manual operation is avoided, labor and time are saved, safety is good, and production efficiency is high.
