Abstract

Una máquina cafetera 114 para elaborar diferentes bebidas que requieren de diferentes presiones de elaboración no emplea una válvula interna que ajuste una abertura de salida 325 para obtener las diferentes presiones. Más bien, la compresión de moliendas dentro de la máquina cafetera y la presión del agua inyectada para elaborar la bebida se emplea para controlar la presión de elaboración, obteniendo una mayor consistencia de calidad de elaboración con el tiempo. Se implementa el sobrecalentamiento para ciertas bebidas basándose en un tiempo desde una última venta, y una válvula de retención trasera entre un medidor de flujo y bomba proporciona un mayor control sobre la salida de bomba.
