Abstract

Un método para adaptar una interfase de usuario comprende recibir, desde un dispositivo de punto de contacto, información de identificación ingresada por un usuario, acceder a un registro del usuario desde una base de datos utilizando la información de identificación recibida; determinar si el registro tiene cualquiera de las ventanas de aplicación configuradas para la interfase de usuario; transmitir, por un servidor, una primera ventana de aplicación financiera y una segunda ventana de aplicación financiera identificada por el registro de un usuario para presentación de la primera ventana de aplicación financiera y la segunda ventana de aplicación financiera simultáneamente en la interfase de usuario del dispositivo de punto de contacto; recibir instrucciones del usuario a través de la primera ventana de aplicación financiera para realizar una transacción financiera; y realizar la transacción financiera mientras el dispositivo de punto de contacto presenta al menos la primera ventana de aplicación financiera y la segunda ventana de aplicación financiera, en donde la primera ventana de aplicación financiera y la segunda ventana de aplicación financiera se actualizan con información en tiempo real.
